All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt for any issues. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team with a description and a photo of the damaged item and shipping box. Our team will notify you if a claim should be made with the delivery service. In the event that a replacement is due, we will issue a LittleLee and Rose gift card to replace the value of the item.
We are supported by Stripe, and refunds take 5-7 business days to show on your account. PayPal is no longer an option for our site.
