Terms And Conditions

Printed Packs are charged monthly on the same day as sign-up and are shipped on the 15th of every month (we do our absolute best to deliver on this day. Howeever we are not able to control certain things in this tumultuous importing climate. Some subscriptions may be delayed to too delays outsiide of our control.) For example, if you sign up on the 2nd, you will be charged that day. Your bag will ship the 15th of that month and your recurring payments going forward will continue on the 2nd. We always strive to ship Printed Packs on the 15th. However, occasionally a delay will occur that is out of our control. For clarity, If you sign up on the 16th, you will be charged that day and your first bag will ship the following month on the 15th and payments will continue on the 16th of each month. No refunds are given. If you need to cancel, it must be 48 hours before funds are drawn. If request to cancel is received less than 48 hours before funds are drawn, then you will receive the corresponding Printed Packs, however future Printed Packs will cease.
